intermediate understanding of Economics and be familiar with MS
Word and Excel and should be able to communicate in English. The
contents of the course are technical in nature. As a result
ability of understanding and picking up of the technicalities
are more important in this particular course. Selection of
participants will be limited to the (revealed) committed and
competent ones.
